AcroFusion TT by @SicilyAcro & @Acroseeds is a great project to spread acroyoga in Italy and around the world!
WHO:
@SicilyAcro & @AcroSeeds have decided to join their strengths and competencies to create an unforgettable teacher training: Acro Fusion TT!
WHAT:
The training is based on the fusion of some cool disciplines, Acrobatic Movement, Vinyasa Yoga, Handstand, and Thai massage, to explore better all Acroyoga aspects.
The focus is on how to teach and build strength (AcroJedi) and fluidity (Acro Flow).
There will be also time for personal practice is also available to improve personal, technical, and professional skills: a lot of calibrations, progressions, whips, icarian, h2h, and Standing Acro.

What will you learn:
-How to teach acroyoga to multilevel classes in a clear, safe and fun way and —How to customize the practice
-How to train in a sustainable, smart, and fun way
Specific contents:
-Elements of vinyasa yoga aimed at personal practice
-Elements of acrobatics,
-Acroyoga: foundations, inversions, acroJedi, acro flow, whips, icarian’s
-Teaching methods and teaching methodology
-Didactics: progression, communication, creativity
-Thai massage/restorative practice
-Elements of anatomy applied to acroyoga
-Exercises for the sustainability of the practice
-Marketing elements
Language:
TT will be one day in English and one in Italian, with simultaneous translation

You can ask for Certification CONI: with a national diploma recognized by ENDAS and Coni as acrobatic gymnastics instructors with AcroYoga specialties. The cost of the national diploma, for those who wish it (it is not mandatory to request it), will be 120€ extra

Refunds:
By canceling your reservation by May 20th, you will receive the full amount paid minus € 50 for expenses.

Nell’Acro Fusion TT, @SicilyAcro & @AcroSeeds hanno deciso di unire le nostre forze e competenze per creare un teacher training indimenticabile!
il Jedi/Flow TT si basa sulla fusione di diverse discipline (Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Work, acrobatica, thai massage) che ti daranno la possibilità di esplorare in maniera più completa i vari aspetti dell’ Acroyoga.
Un altro elemento chiave sarà l’accuratezza nell insegnare i principi, le tecniche e la comunicazione nella formazione di nuovi insegnanti qualificati e con solide basi nel co-teaching.
Inoltre verrà anche dedicato uno spazio alla pratica personale per migliorare le proprie capacità tecniche ed acrobatiche.
Tra le varie tematiche proposte oltre lo studio dettagliato dei fondamentali ci saranno transizioni avanzate quali:
Whips, Pops, Icarian, H2H, Flow e le basi di Standing Acro.

– Come insegnare l’acroyoga a classi multilivello in modo chiaro, sicuro e divertente e come personalizzare la pratica
– Come allenarsi in modo sostenibile, intelligente e divertente

Quest’anno nel team insegnanti ci saranno anche gli @Acro Links che aggiungeranno le loro incredibili competenze nell’insegnamento dei giochi Icariani e dell’Acrobatica.

La formazione prevede il raggiungimento del diploma nazionale riconosciuto da ENDAS e dal Coni come istruttore di ginnastica acrobatica con specialità AcroYoga. Il costo del diploma nazionale, per chi lo desiderasse (non è obbligatorio richiederlo), sarà di 120€
L’attestato verrà rilasciato a tutti coloro che oltre ad avere delle solide foundations della disciplina, dimostreranno di aver acquisito le tecniche di insegnamento che verranno trasmesse durante il Teacher Training. Ci saranno dunque momenti di formazione, momenti in cui il partecipante terrà delle mini classi di insegnamento e momenti di correzione. Il team insegnanti darà feedback costruttivi ed evolutivi al fine di far ottenere al partecipante una comprensione completa di come insegnare le sue future classi.
